An entity is a brand, person, organisation, or concept. Entidex resolves and monitors entities — not the prompts users might pose. You pick the entities (e.g., “Acme Corp”, “Sarah Smith”, “TechStack XYZ”) and we refresh their visibility, sentiment, drift and citations continuously. This matters: you control the scope and cohort, not the search engine.
Yes. If you have an active subscription before a pricing update, your current entity quotas transfer to the new tier structure immediately. Your monthly price stays locked for 12 months. After that, your renewal rate is the new tier price.
Developer API includes 1,000 free credits/month (1,500 with verified email + phone), then £0.0008/credit. Comparable search and intelligence APIs typically cap free tiers at 500–1,000 credits/month. You get more headroom at a lower per-credit cost, with no tiers — just usage.
