Every source. Every plan.

No add-ons for Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, or Reddit. Every paid tier includes observation across all 12+ live collectors: AI engine discovery, search engines, social networks, news aggregators, review platforms, geo signals, and institutional data sources.

Free tier limited to headline visibility. Collectors automatically update as we expand coverage across new platforms and models.

How tokens work

Every Entidex operation consumes tokens from your monthly quota. Read commands are cheap; full enrichment runs and live streams cost more. Figures below are typical — actual cost varies with entity completeness and source response sizes.

CommandAvailable onTypical costWhat you get
lookup, resolveCLI + API~0.1kCached canonical profile — no live collectors

Overage pricing
Developer: £0.0008 per credit (≈ £80/M). Pro/Agency: £0.80 per 10k credits (≈ £80/M). Billed monthly in arrears, itemised per entity. Set a hard cap in your dashboard to stop at quota, or enable auto-extend to let jobs finish.

Levels of data returned

Layer 1 — Profile
Canonical identity, claims, completeness, entity neighbourhood. The "what is this entity" layer.
Layer 2 — Insight
Visibility scores across AI engines, sentiment triangulation, citation tracking. The "how is it being seen" layer.
Layer 3 — Drift
Narrative drift scores, trajectory points, live event streaming. The "what's changing" layer.
Layer 4 — Cohort
Cross-entity comparison, peer-set analysis, share-of-voice within a defined cohort. The "how does it compare" layer.

A refresh --depth deep runs all four layers end-to-end — hence ~50k tokens. Your API tier determines which layers are available programmatically.

Worked examples

Pro — 1.5M credits/mo, 10 entities
  • 10 entities × daily standard refresh (25k) × 30 days = 7.5M ✗
  • 10 entities × daily shallow refresh (10k) × 30 days = 3M ✗
  • Sized for 5 entities with daily standard refresh, or 10 entities with 2–3 refreshes/week.
Agency — 7.5M credits/mo, 50 entities
  • 50 entities × daily shallow (10k) × 30 = 15M ✗
  • Sized for 25 entities with daily shallow refresh, plus weekly deep refreshes.
  • Weekly deep refresh (25 × 50k × 4 = 5M) fits comfortably within quota.
Developer — 5,000 free credits/mo, then £0.0008/credit
  • ~50 standard refreshes, or ~250 visibility queries, or ~10,000 lookups.
  • Sized for scripting against the API — best for test/staging or light production use.
  • Scale to Pro for continuous monitoring across multiple entities.
Snapshot — 50k one-off
  • Exactly one refresh --depth deep on one entity.
  • That's the product.

Frequently asked

Do you include Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other LLM observation on all paid tiers?

Yes. Every LLM collector (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot) runs on all paid tiers. The tier sets how often you refresh and how many entities you monitor — not which collectors you can access.

Why do you talk about "entities" and not "prompts"?

An entity is a brand, person, organisation, or concept. Entidex resolves and monitors entities — not the prompts users might pose. You pick the entities (e.g., "Acme Corp", "Sarah Smith", "TechStack XYZ") and we refresh their visibility, sentiment, drift and citations continuously. This matters: you control the scope and cohort, not the search engine.

Will my current subscription be grandfathered into the new tier structure?

Yes. If you have an active subscription before this new pricing goes live, your current tier will be updated with the new entity quotas (Pulse 1→3, Pro 5→10, Agency 25→50) immediately. Your monthly price stays locked for 12 months. After that, your renewal rate is the new tier price.

How do Developer credits compare to other platforms?

Developer includes 5,000 free credits/month, then £0.0008/credit. For reference: Tavily 1,000/mo, Exa 1,000/mo, Serper 2,500/mo. You get more headroom at an lower per-credit cost, with no tiers — just usage.

What are the four layers and which tiers access them?

Layer 1 (Profile: identity, authority), Layer 2 (Insight: visibility, sentiment), Layer 3 (Drift: trajectory), Layer 4 (Cohort: cross-entity comparison). Free/Snapshot access L1+L2. Pulse/Agency access all four. Developer and Pro access L1–L4 programmatically via API.

Can I scale my Enterprise plan as my portfolio grows?

Yes. Enterprise is bespoke: unlimited entities, all layers, real-time refresh, custom collectors, dedicated analyst, SLA. We scale to your portfolio size. Email contact for a quote.
